1 Definitions and Interpretation

3 Eligibility and Age Verification

3.2 Minors

4 Account Registration

To access the Services, Users must create a registered account. Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to update that information promptly if it changes.

4.1 Account Credentials

You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your l89bet account and for keeping that password confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. l89bet staff will never ask you for your password by any communication channel.

4.2 Duplicate Accounts

If l89bet detects that a User holds more than one account — whether registered under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, the same IP address, or any other identifying information — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any balances in duplicate accounts that arose from bonus activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at l89bet's sole discretion following an investigation.

4.3 Account Closure by User

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received. 5.4 Matching of Deposit and Withdrawal Methods

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements. 6.2 Game Contribution

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets across accounts, or systematically exploiting bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play — will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free bets that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without notice. l89bet is not obliged to provide advance warning of bonus expiry beyond what is stated in the original bonus terms.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting markets offered on l89bet. Sport-specific and game-specific rules supplement these general rules and are published within the relevant betting category.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by l89bet. l89bet reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without being required to provide a reason. Odds displayed on the platform are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds confirmed at the time of bet placement are the odds that govern settlement.

7.2 Errors and Technical Faults

In the event that an error in odds, market data, or system operation leads to a bet being accepted at clearly incorrect odds — including but not limited to odds that are materially inconsistent with the true probability of the event — l89bet reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the Player's account. l89bet will make every reasonable effort to identify such errors promptly.

7.3 Result Disputes

Settlement of all cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports betting markets is based on official results as reported by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic cricket; ICC for international fixtures). In the event of a dispute regarding a result, l89bet's decision, informed by official data sources, is final.

7.4 Match Abandonment and Postponement

In the event that a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. In general, if a match does not commence within 12 hours of its scheduled start time, all ante-post bets will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets placed after the start of the event may be settled differently; please refer to the sport-specific rules.

8 Casino and Game Rules

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using any form of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or algorithmic tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of sporting corruption.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or for the processing of proceeds of crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such issues to l89bet support immediately upon discovery.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing l89bet staff or other Users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or responsible gaming measure implemented by l89bet.
